TOURNAMENT T&C's

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the PFS summer competitions organised by Pure Swansea Limited. By entering the Competition, entrants (including all Team Members as defined below) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Entry to the Competition will close one (1) week prior to the beginning of the tournament (as defined below) (the “Closing Date”). Entries after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
2. The Competition is open to male residents of the United Kingdom only, aged sixteen (16) or above. Under the Football Association Wales Guidelines, players participating in a match must be of the same gender. Pure Swansea reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at the stated address for verification (to Pure Swansea’s satisfaction in their discretion) before accepting an entrant. The Competition is specifically closed to employees of (i) Pure Swansea, and any associated companies, and their families, and (ii) any other company, organisation or person assisting or connected with the Competition.
3. Each team entered into the Competition must be made up of at least five (5) and no more than eight (8) team players.
4. Entries are on a first come, first served basis.
5. Entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are invalid.

7. The Team Captain will act as the primary point of contact with PFS
8. Pure Swansea reserves the right to expel any team or Team Member from the Competition if we deem the team and/or Team Member to be acting outside the spirit of sportsmanlike conduct and fair play
9. Each Team Member assumes all risks inherent in participating in the Competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Swansea will not accept any responsibility for any loss (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or otherwise) or other circumstances (except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Pure Swansea) suffered as a result of participation in the Competition or the acceptance of a Prize. Pure Swansea will not guarantee, recommend or accept liability for the performance (or lack thereof) or any third parties involved in the Competition.
10. Pure Swansea reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions on our Website. Any amendments will have immediate effect on publication unless otherwise specified.
11. Any Team that fails or refuses to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Competition at the sole and absolute discretion of Pure Swansea. Our decision will be final. The entry fee is non-refundable.
12. The entry fee is non-refundable.
13. The Competition will be run by Pure Swansea and shall be subject to the Pure Swansea club rules and regulations which will be available prior to the Closing Date.
14. Players who are registered for one (1) team can only play for that team during the whole tournament. Players cannot be registered for more than one (1) team.
15. Each Team Member hereby agrees that Pure Swansea (and third parties authorised by Pure Swansea) may now and in the future use, exploit and make available the images of all Team Members in any medium whatsoever including (but not limited to) a website (include Pure Swansea websites, and any social media sites), television, mobile media platforms and/or radio and any other media, whether now known or in the future, for the purposes of advertising and publicity of the Competition and/or the Pure Swansea brand without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of usage or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with the sale and marketing of the Pure Swansea brand.
16. Team Members agree that their personal information will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purposes of administering the Competition and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Such information will not be used for any other purpose other than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by Team Members. If Team Members have separately agreed to receive communications from Pure Swansea then their personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing. Please note that in processing the information in this way, the Pure Swansea may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by Pure Swansea. Pure Swansea shall at all times comply with applicable Data Protection regulations currently in force in the UK.
17. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions, or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, Pure Swansea may, at their discretion, refuse to process an Entry or fulfil any Prize award.
18. Pure Swansea reserve the right to verify all Team Members via checking the Comet system app
19. Pure Swansea reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Competition as necessary due to circumstances outside of their reasonable control.
20. Pure Swansea decision will be final in all Competition circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. All tournaments are subject to a minimum number of participating teams in order for them to operate. The decision to cancel as a result of insufficient numbers may accordingly be made by the event organiser.
22. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
